Fan nets sweet $18K halfcourt shot before UNC-Virginia

It was only fitting that Andrew Board used, um, the backboard, to sink a halfcourt shot at the University of Virginia on Saturday to win $18,000.

Board made like Steph Curry and used glass to connect from halfcourt and set off a celebration.

The promotion was part of the ESPN Gameday setup for the UNC-Virginia game later.

It is unlikely that the fierce ACC rivals will connect on a shot with any more pressure.
