CSU Bakersfield forced to take Ubers to game vs. Chicago State
CSU Bakersfield picked up a 67-56 road win over Chicago State on Monday night.
According to Raphielle Johnson of NBC Sports' College Basketball Talk, getting to the arena may have been more difficult for the Roadrunners than picking up their second straight Western Athletic Conference win.
Due to the weather conditions, the bus was unable to get to the team's hotel, so they decided to pack the entire program into Ubers and taxis. That included the sports information director and radio announcers.
So this is a first, team bus won't start, we are taking Ubers to the game. #allrunners
