Coastal Carolina 75, Toccoa Falls 38

Anthony Raffa scored 15 points and Warren Gillis 13 as Coastal Carolina opened the second half with a 30-2 run and went on to a 75-38 victory over Toccoa Falls on Thursday night.

Raffa scored 13 of his points during that game-breaking run by the Chanticleers (3-5), who shot 52.7 percent (29 of 55) for the game.

The Eagles (2-12), a National Christian College Athletic Association team that lost its 12th game in a row, didn't get their first field goal of the second half until 7:07 remained. They made 3 of 17 shots (17.6 percent) in the final 20 minutes after shooting 44.4 percent (8 of 18) in the first half and trailing 34-25 at the break.

Kierre Greenwood added nine points and eight assists for Coastal Carolina, which scored 33 points off 25 Toccoa Falls turnovers.

Josh Barrett scored 20 points to pace the Eagles.
