Battle paces Penn State in exhibition win

Talor Battle scored 16 points and had four rebounds to lead Penn State to a 66-52 exhibition win Sunday over East Stroudsburg.
Tim Frazier and Billy Oliver both added 10 points for Penn State.
The Nittany Lions trailed 26-25 at halftime and didn't gain a double-digit lead against their Division II opponent until late in the game.
Terrance King led East Stroudsburg with 10 points and four rebounds.

Penn State hopes to rebound from a dismal 11-20 campaign and last-place finish in the Big Ten last year behind Battle and four other seniors.
One senior, starting forward David Jackson, left the game in the second half and did not return with what a team spokesman called a minor right quad strain.
