HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. (AP) Paris Bass scored 24 points, grabbed a dozen rebounds and scored Detroit's final four points to wrap up a 74-68 victory over Northern Kentucky Tuesday night.

The double-double was the third straight by the sophomore and it powered the Titans to the fifth win in their last six games.

The Norse got within three in the final minute after Tyler White hit the front end of a one-and-one and Drew McDonald converted a layup to make it 69-66. Josh McFolley answered with a free throw and Bass added two more and topped it with a layup with seven seconds left to put the game out of reach. McDonald hit a layup with a second left to create the final margin.

Jaleel Hogan finished with 15 points for Detroit (14-12, 8-7 Horizon).
