UCLA sophomore center Anthony Stover and junior guard De'End Parker both sustained concussions in preseason basketball practice.
A team spokesman said Monday that Stover was hurt during a drill in practice a week ago, while Parker was hurt during Saturday's intrasquad scrimmage when a teammate inadvertently elbowed him in the head.
Stover is expected to return to practice this week, while Parker will miss the rest of the week and is being monitored daily.
