Paul Williams and Sergio Martinez will fight on Nov. 20 in a rematch of last year's acclaimed bout.
Williams promoter Dan Goossen says he finalized plans Monday for Williams to meet Martinez at Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall, just downstairs from the site of Williams' majority-decision victory in their first meeting last Dec. 5.
Williams' promoters and advisers have spent months attempting to land a big-money welterweight fight for their rangy client, whose height and reach make him a nightmare matchup for most fighters in what he says is his natural weight class.
Williams finally accepted a bout for Martinez's WBC 160-pound championship belt.

The Argentine fighter won two titles with a victory over Kelly Pavlik last April.
