On his way to a unanimous 12-round decision over Marcos Maidana on Saturday night, Floyd Mayweather yelled out that Maidana had bitten him during a clinch in the eighth round.
Maidana denied it after the bout, in which Mayweather retained his welterweight and super welterweight titles.
And the Twitter reaction was with Maidana. Most tweets expressed skepticism along these lines:

That's not to say anyone seemed particularly impressed with Maidana.
In fact, Mayweather still showed himself to be formidable, bite or not.
