Surgeons in Southern California repaired a torn meniscus in Pelicans shooting guard Eric Gordon’s left knee Wednesday, as his teammates prepared to tipoff for the team’s season finale in New Orleans.
General Manager Dell Demps reports the arthroscopic procedure went smoothly and the team expects Gordon to be healed and ready for training camp.
Gordon appears to be in good spirits, tweeting this inspirational message out Wednesday afternoon.
"Difficulties in life are intended to make us better, not bitter."
