Oklahoma DT Jordan Phillips to enter draft

Oklahoma defensive tackle Jordan Phillips will forego his senior season and enter the NFL Draft.

Phillips announced his plans on Twitter on Tuesday afternoon.

"To sooner nation, thank you for a great four years at the best university in America," Phillips wrote.

The 6-foot-6, 334-pound Kansas native was named second-team All-Big 12 in 2014 and finished with seven tackles for loss with two sacks and a fumble recovery.
