It might not be getting a phone call from Jack Nicholson, but a Dallas superstar is doing his part in helping recruit Dwight Howard to Big D.
At least it looks that way on Instagram.
Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant, who is quickly becoming one of the faces America’s Team, posted a picture of him with Howard on his Instagram account.
The two hung out this week in Los Angeles as they attended the Major League Gaming World Championships.
According to The Dallas Morning News, the two actually teamed-up together along with professional gamers Chris Puckett and Faze Temperrr to win the Major League Gaming’s All-Star event, defeating a team that consisted Denver Nuggets guard Ty Lawson and San Antonio Spurs forward DeJuan Blair in a game of Call of Duty.
The Mavericks met with Howard on Tuesday as well in LA, giving their pitch to recruit the prized free agent to play in Dallas.
That’s a big smile on Dwight’s face … maybe Dez told him about all of the perks of playing and living in Dallas.
Like Dirk Nowitzki and Tony Romo … could the next big combo in Dallas be Dez Bryant and Dwight Howard?
