Hawks owner Levenson to address Donald Sterling situation on ‘Hawks LIVE’

NBA owners, like the Hawks' Bruce Levenson, may be forced to impose a suspension on -- or consider league expulsion with -- Clippers owner Donald Sterling, in the wake of his purported bigoted remarks.

ATLANTA — SportSouth will air an exclusive interview with Atlanta Hawks majority owner Bruce Levenson at 7:30 p.m. Monday night, specifically regarding the "zero tolerance" of NBA owners, stemming from the racist and bigoted remarks that purportedly came from Clippers owner Donald Sterling, via a taped conversation with his apparent girlfriend.

Levenson, who released a brief statement to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution concerning Sterling’s claims, does not mince words in providing further comment on the matter during the interview (2 minutes, 17 seconds).

Following Hawks LIVE, the Hawks will take on the Indiana Pacers in Game 5 of the Eastern quarterfinals, a best-of-seven series.
