ATLANTA — FOX Sports Southeast will debut DRIVEN: The Human Highlight Film, presented by Toyota on Friday, November 13, at 10:30 p.m. ET.

DRIVEN — The Human Highlight Film chronicles the extraordinary life and NBA career of Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Famer and FOX Sports Southeast analyst Dominique Wilkins, focusing mainly on his 12 seasons with the Atlanta Hawks. In addition to an extensive interview with Wilkins conducted at the world-renowned Fox Theatre in Atlanta, DRIVEN features exclusive dialogue from family and peers, including:

"I think you look for a special type of individual when you’re talking about the face of the franchise," said Fratello. "Whether he is associated with the franchise because of winning, or because of his involvement and bond with the local community, he is adored by the fans. Dominique fits both those molds."

Drafted third overall by the Utah Jazz in 1982, Wilkins was traded to the Hawks several months later. He enjoyed a successful 16-year playing career, currently ranking 14th in career points (26,668), 44th in career minutes player (38,113) and being named to the NBA All-Star Game in nine consecutive seasons. DRIVEN will explore Wilkins’ ambition to continue developing his basketball skills, starting on the streets of Baltimore, to organized high school basketball in North Carolina, to the University of Georgia and ultimately the NBA.

"He scored upwards of 26,000 points, he was an extraordinary player," said Rathbun. "He brought it every night, and that’s what I loved about him. He was that way in high school, college and the NBA, and he gave 100 percent every night."

The show will also explore how Wilkins became an Atlanta icon, despite ups and downs in his career, culminating in the unveiling of a 13.5 foot bronze statue of Wilkins outside Philips Arena in March 2015. The statue symbolizes the lasting impact he had on the Atlanta Hawks franchise and immortalizes him as one of the most important players in franchise history.

"People don’t realize how hard I played the game, all the time, every possession," said Wilkins. "I played with passion and relentlessness, and if basketball was the only thing in the world, I would be content. That’s how much I love the game."

The Atlanta Hawks play three games this week on FOX Sports Southeast: Monday vs. Minnesota starting at 7:30 p.m. ET; Wednesday, November 11, vs. New Orleans starting at 7:30 p.m. ET; and Friday, November 13, at Boston starting at 7 p.m. ET.
