Watch this player score a game-winner just 13 seconds after coming on as a sub
It’s never a good feeling when you’re forced into an early sub.
When Brazilian side Nautico had to replace the injured Tiago Alves in the 17th minute during their Copa do Nordeste clash against Santa Cruz on Sunday, it wasn’t ideal. They had to hope his replacement Nirley would shore up the back, and help them keep a clean sheet against the defending champs.
He did that, and one better, grabbing the game-winner for Nautico after just 13 seconds.

Nirley strolls onto the pitch, trots into the box, and gets himself a winner immediately.
That is the dream.
As a defender, Nirley probably didn’t expect to even see the field until the latter stages of the match, and even in his wildest imagination he probably couldn’t have come up with a scenario where he scored the winner just seconds after entering the pitch.
What a feeling.
