The Mannequin Challenge has been blowing up and just about everyone is doing it now. So when Mexico beat the United States on Friday in a World Cup qualifier in Columbus, there was only one way to celebrate the victory.
That’s a Mannequin Challenge celebration in Mexico’s locker room in Columbus, Ohio, and it’s pretty safe to say they crushed it.
It was cute when Borussia Dortmund gave it a go, but El Tri really took the challenge to a new level. They’ve got a good variety of action going on, but it’s also especially relevant since they tied it to winning their opening match of the Hex round of World Cup qualifying.
It seems that Mexico took two Ws on Friday night — one on the pitch and one off. Well done, El Tri.
