SOCHAUX, France — Marseille was dealt a hard blow to its hopes for a European spot with a 1-1 draw at relegation-embattled Sochaux in Ligue 1 on Saturday.

Sochaux centerback Stoppila Sunzu opened the scoring by heading home a corner from Sebastien Roudet in the 25th minute.

Marseille centerback Nicolas Nkoulou equalized in the last minute with a header off a poor clearance from the Sochaux defense.

Late on Saturday, it’s: Ajaccio vs. Toulouse; Evian vs. Monaco; Montpellier vs. Valenciennes; Nantes vs. Bordeaux; and Reims vs. Lorient.

On Sunday, third-place Lille hosts Guingamp, Saint-Etienne visits Lyon and Rennes faces Bastia.

Paris Saint-Germain moved closer to the title by defeating Nice 1-0 on Friday to provisionally extend its lead over Monaco to 13 points.
