Mikel John Obi masterfully trolls Paul Pogba with nutmeg video on Twitter

Social media might have a new star on its hands, and his name is Mikel John Obi.

First, a bit of backstory: In case you hadn't heard, a certain superstar midfielder by the name of Paul Pogba has made his return to the Premier League. While most of his new Manchester United teammates, like Jesse Lingard and David de Gea, have been quick to open their arms to Pogba (and why wouldn't you?) ... not everyone is showering the Frenchman with love.

Mikel John Obi (the Chelsea midfielder formerly known as John Obi Mikel), expertly trolled his returning Premier League rival with this video on Twitter:

Just a little backheel nutmeg for you on a Friday ... not bad. The longtime Chelsea man only joined Twitter eight days ago, but his troll game is already razor sharp. It's a tongue-in-cheek barb, of course, but a good one nonetheless.

The Blues are set to take on Man United on Oct. 22 -- but, following Chelsea's acquisition of N'Golo Kante, there's a decent chance Mikel John Obi won't feature in that match. His role on the bench should provide plenty of time to come up with more glorious Twitter fodder, though.

But imagine if he plays in match and finds himself marking Pogba. Payback could be a ...
