The Los Angeles Galaxy have re-signed forward Alan Gordon, who is in his second stint with the Major League Soccer champions.

Gordon played for the Galaxy from 2004-2010 and rejoined the team in August after being traded from San Jose. He had five goals and an assist during the Galaxy’s run to its fifth MLS Cup title.

The 33-year-old forward played in all five of the Galaxy’s playoff games last season. He was part of the team’s 2005 MLS Cup championship.

Gordon has also played with Chivas USA and Toronto FC during his 11-year MLS career.
