Henry: Victory stopped the rot

The victory propelled them away from the bottom of the table and

was a timely boost after a poor run of eight league games without a

win. “Wins can sometimes be few and far between in the Premier

League,” Henry told the club’s official website. “We were delighted

to get the win against Wigan, everyone involved in the club was

delighted. “It was a big win for us, the table looks a lot better

and we’re in a healthier position even though it’s only a few

points. “Now we need to be ready for the Everton game next weekend,

particularly as we’ve not been great coming back after

international breaks. “We want to make it two games undefeated and

try and go out and get another three points.”
