Denmark wins 2-1 at Slovakia in friendly

Michael Krohn-Dehli scored a second half winner to guide Denmark

to a 2-1 victory over Slovakia in a friendly on Tuesday.

An own goal by Kornel Salata put Denmark in front just three

minutes into the match. Salata mishit an attempt to intercept a

cross by Dennis Rommedahl for Nicklas Bendtner from the right,

giving goalkeeper Marion Kello no chance.

Filip Holosko capitalized on a defensive blunder by Mathias

Zanka Jorgensen to equalize in the 32nd minute.

Krohn-Dehli found the back of the net from close range in the

72nd minute after Slovakia’s defense failed to clear the ball

following a shot by substitute Christian Eriksen.
