Berlusconi’s daughter added to AC Milan board

Silvio Berlusconi’s daughter has been added to AC Milan’s board

of directors.

The club’s board approved the move Wednesday to bring in Barbara

Berlusconi, raising the number of members from 12 to 13.

Silvio Berlusconi is the club president and Italy’s premier.

A fixture at Milan’s recent matches, Barbara Berlusconi has been

romantically linked to one of the team’s standout players,

Brazilian forward Alexandre Pato.

Silvio Berlusconi’s brother, Paolo, is also on Milan’s

board.

Club vice president Adriano Galliani says the move ”is a sign

of the Berlusconi family’s renewed dedication” to Milan.

With five rounds remaining in Serie A, Milan holds a six-point

lead over Napoli and appears on course for its 18th title.
