Picks up hamstring injury Mensah suffered a hamstring injury during Tuesday's 2-1 loss to Inter Miami, according to manager Caleb Porter via Bailey Johnson of the Columbus Dispatch.

Impact It's unclear how much time Mensah might be out but typically a minor muscle injury needs 10 days to two weeks to be fully overcome. This should put him out of the team for Sunday's match against Portland but he might be back by the Oct. 1 match against New York Red Bulls. In his place, Josh Williams should return to the starting lineup.

Impact Mensah was very unfortunate in the third minute of the game, when a cross from the left flank deflected off him went into the net. Then, the center-back bounced back with a very solid performance, shutting opposing strikers down during the rest of the match.
