Pitching for a team that has had trouble scoring runs as of late, Clayton Richard decided to take matters into his own hands on Monday night at Coors field. The lefty hit the third home run of his career– a three run shot– off of Jon Gray in the fourth inning.
The home run traveled an estimated 418 feet with an exit velocity of 104.7 MPH, per StatCast.
The Padres currently lead the Rockies 7-4 in the sixth.
