Samoa wing Ed Fidow has been summoned to a disciplinary hearing on Wednesday in Tokyo after being red-carded in the Pool A game against Scotland in Kobe.

Fidow was sent off for receiving two yellow cards, both of which led to penalty tries for Scotland, which won 34-0.
