Gatland names 37-player experienced squad for Six Nations

CARDIFF, Wales (AP) Scrumhalf Aled Davies is the only uncapped played called up by Wales coach Warren Gatland in his experienced 37-man squad for the Six Nations tournament.

Gatland, whose team won three titles, including two Grand Slams and two Triple Crowns, from 2008-13, also recalled winger Tom James and flanker Josh Turnbull.

Gatland's squad includes 31 players who played for Wales at last year's rugby World Cup and will be led by captain Sam Warburton.

Gatland says ''we have selected a squad that rewards players form as well as picking a lot of experience and that continuity is important to us.''

Wales starts its campaign against Ireland in Dublin on Feb. 7.
