NEW YORK – Today, FOX Sports announces the return of the NFL on FOX with a slate of its Greatest NFL Games televised Sundays, Thursdays and Fridays across FOX, FS1 and FOX Deportes through the month of April. Starting this Sunday, FOX offers an encore presentation of Super Bowl LI between the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons at 3:00 PM ET on FOX and FOX Deportes and Friday, April 3, at 7:00 PM ET on FS1. Viewers can relive the action when – SPOILER ALERT – Tom Brady leads the Patriots to an incredible comeback in the first ever Super Bowl decided in overtime.

“We are pleased to join forces with the NFL to showcase these unforgettable games to our viewers, while supporting Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund,” said FOX Sports President, National Networks, Mark Silverman. “We hope these classic games provide entertainment and a much-needed respite during these unprecedent times.”

Over the next month, FOX and FOX Deportes will televise four additional Super Bowl games spanning two decades each Sunday at 3:00 PM ET, with encore presentations on FS1 Fridays at 7:00 PM ET. On Sunday, April 5, Aaron Rodgers leads the Green Bay Packers to a 31-25 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV, while the following week, on Easter Sunday, Eli Manning and the Giants spoil the Patriots’ bid for a perfect season in Super Bowl XLII. FOX replays Super Bowl XXXIII on Sunday, April 19, as the Denver Broncos defeat the Falcons, sending quarterback John Elway into retirement as a champion. Wrapping up the month of specials, Sunday, April 26, showcases Super Bowl XXXI, as Brett Favre leads the Packers past the Patriots, bringing the Lombardi Trophy back to Titletown for the first time in nearly three decades.

“We’re excited to work with FOX to deliver fans some of the greatest games in NFL history,” said Hans Schroeder, EVP and Chief Operating Officer of NFL Media. “We hope these games will provide our fans with an opportunity to relive some unbelievable NFL moments and enjoy some football amidst a very difficult time.”

In conjunction with each Super Bowl Sunday re-air, and as part of the company’s effort to help people affected by the COVID-19 health crisis, FOX Sports is donating to Feeding America’s COVID-19 Response Fund. Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, has established this specific national food and fund-raising effort to support people facing hunger and the food banks helping them. The organization is focused on filling the gap created by school closures, partnering with school districts and local government agencies to ensure that the 22 million children relying on school meals have access to food outside of the classroom.

FOX Sports also offers a lineup of other recent classic games each Thursday in April on FS1 and FOX Deportes at 8:00 PM ET, beginning Thursday, April 2 with the Minneapolis Miracle, as Stefon Diggs shocked the world to lead the Minnesota Vikings over the New Orleans Saints in the 2018 Divisional Playoffs. On Thursday, April 9, the network showcases the Miracle at the New Meadowlands, as DeSean Jackson’s punt return capped 28 straight points for the Eagles in a win over the Giants.

Rodgers once again leads the Packers to a postseason victory in an encore presentation of the 2017 Divisional Playoffs on Thursday, April 16, as his 36-yard pass set up a 51-yard field goal as time expired to defeat the Cowboys. On Thursday, April 23, Drew Brees and the Saints take down the Vikings in overtime in the 2010 NFC Championship Game en route to a Super Bowl title. Wrapping up the month of classic games on Thursday, April 30, Russell Wilson’s overtime touchdown lifts the Seattle Seahawks over the Packers in the 2015 NFC Championship.
