Suns pick up 2014-15 options on Morris twins, Plumlee

PHOENIX (AP) — The Suns exercised their 2014-15 options on twin forwards Markieff and Marcus Morris and center Miles Plumlee on Saturday.

Markieff Morris has averaged 7.8 points and 4.7 rebounds in two seasons in Phoenix. Marcus Morris joined the Suns in a midseason trade with Houston last year and averaged 5.7 points in 23 games.

Plumlee was acquired in an offseason trade after spending his rookie season in Indiana. In seven contests with the Suns this preseason, Plumlee averaged 6.4

points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 18.5 minutes per game.
