Packers overcome slow start, throttle Dallas

The Packers spent all of last week telling anyone who would listen that, despite their 1-6 record, the Dallas Cowboys were a competitive team. For the first 15 minutes of play on Sunday night, that assessment appeared to be accurate.

But by halftime, the contest had turned into the blowout that many had expected. Green Bay overwhelmed the visitors with four second-quarter touchdowns and coasted to a 45-7 victory.
