BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) The International Weightlifting Federation says Olympic medalist Aurimas Didzbalis has failed a doping test.

The Lithuanian tested positive for the banned substance SARM S-22, which can help build muscle mass, at last month's world championships in California, where he won silver in the 94-kilogram class.

The IWF says three more lifters tested positive at the championships. They are silver medalist Romela Begaj of Albania, reigning European champion Dumitru Captari of Romania and Dimitris Minasidis of Cyprus.

Last month's world championships took place without nine of weightlifting's top countries, including Russia, China and Turkey. They had been banned for repeated doping violations at previous Olympics.
