The team says Jefferson practiced Saturday and traveled to New Orleans for Sunday’s game. Jefferson is expected to play against the Hornets after missing the last two games while tending to a hospitalized family member.
The Timberwolves have three games left this season. Jefferson is their leading scorer at 17.4 points per game.
