Jiu-Jitsu athlete says he was kidnapped in Rio de Janeiro
Just days before the Olympics are set to begin in Rio de Janeiro, a jiu-jitsu athlete from New Zealand shared an alarming story of an encounter he had with a group of men dressed as police officers. Jason Lee, a Jiu-Jitsu athlete, tweeted Sunday that he was kidnapped.

Lee, who lives in Brazil, told New Zealand’s Stuff that he was stopped by men appearing to be police and had his car searched for drugs.
Lee says he was taken to ATMs, where he withdrew money and gave it to the police, who warned him not to report the incident.
