Phoenix Suns forward P.J. Tucker has been suspended by the NBA and will miss Wednesday’s game against the Cavaliers.

Tucker was suspended for one game without pay for elbowing Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin in the chin. Tucker is the Suns’ regular starter at small forward.

In a chat with readers, Suns beat writer Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic indicated Marcus Morris is probable to replace Tucker in the lineup.

In other news, Suns guard Eric Bledsoe is expected to play in his first game since undergoing knee surgery Jan. 10. Bledsoe is the Suns’ second-leading scorer and expected to come off the bench for the first several games following his return.
