Ohio State’s National Championship trophy was on display in Columbus on Friday and Saturday for fans to pose with for pictures.

Fans waited in line well before the time the trophy was set to be on display. Chants of O-H-I-O were heard repeatedly throughout the line, and then the ropes were removed and fans got their chance to see the trophy up close. (But no touching.)

One surprise fan showed up in maize and blue instead of scarlet and gray.

It seems a bit strange that a Michigan fan would want to take their picture with Ohio State’s trophy, but then again perhaps he isn’t sure when he’ll see one anytime soon.
