(Fox Sports Ohio’s Fred Greetham will do a mock draft every Thursday up until the draft takes place May 8. We will take a stab at prognosticating the entire first round. For a bonus feature, we will also list who the Browns might take in the second-round, 35th overall)

With a little less than a month to go before the draft takes place, much will change, but here’s how we see it now. With most of free agency already having taking place, some of the needs of the teams have changed.

We still have the Browns taking WR Sammy Watkins but they signed Nate Burleson this week. This might not change the strategy, but it could. We have QB Derek Carr as their second pick in the first round, although they might have to trade up to get him. We have the Browns adding a cornerback at the top of the second round.

As the deadline for this week’s edition falls, there has been no definition whether Alex Mack will return or leave via free agency if the Browns decide not to match a reported offer from the Jaguars.

This is our sixth installment of our 10-week mock drafts.
