Watch a man throw a washing machine, breaking a world record

Fans at Great American Ballpark on July 31 got to see a Guinness World Record broken

On July 31, following the Cincinnati Reds game, fans at Great American Ball Park fans witnessed the breaking of Guiness World Record. Sean McCarthy set the Guinness World Record for the longest washing machine throw on July 31, throwing a washing machine 15’9”. 

McCarthy was orginally throw the machine on July 17, but weather conditions rescheduled the throw to July 31. 

Before McCarthy made his toss, the record was been held by Lithuania’s Zydrunas Savickas, who tossed a washing machine 13"6.6′ in Italy. McCarthy smashed the record by more than a foot.
