Cincinnati Reds third baseman Todd Frazier was named National League Player of the Week Monday.

He led the NL in hitting (.500) and slugging (1.227) and tied for the league lead in doubles (4) and HR (4) while ranking second in on-base percentage (.560) and T3rd in hits (11) and RBI (7).

He finished last week with a 4-game hitting streak, all multi-hit games (10-15, .667, 4 3B, 3 HR, 5 RBI).

It’s his first career Player of the Week award and the first won by a Reds player this season.
