Wolverines strike first
Devin Gardner led the Wolverines on a 99-yard drive capped off by a one-yard QB run for a touchdown.
Devin Smith ties it at 7
Braxton Miller connected with Devin Smith on a 53-yard touchdown pass to tie the score.
First quarter ends 14-14
The Buckeyes and Wolverines trade scores in the first quarter, capped off by a Braxton Miller 53-yard touchdown scamper.
Tempers flare in the second quarter
Dontre Wilson and Marcus Hall of the Buckeyes as well as Michigan linebacker Royce Jenkins-Stone were ejected after a scuffle on a kick return. The teams headed to halftime tied at 21.
Buckeyes dominate the third quarter
Braxton Miller accounts for two third quarter touchdowns with a 3-yard run and a 22-yard touchdown pass to tight end Jeff Heuerman. The Buckeyes led 35-14 heading to the fourth quarter.
Michigan comes storming back
The Wolverines come back in the fourth quarter on a pair of touchdown passes from Devin Gardner. The first to Drew Dileo and the second to tight end Jake Butt. The score was tied at 35 with five minutes to go.
Buckeyes ride Hyde
Making up for an earlier fumble, Carlos Hyde punches it in from a yard away to put Ohio State up 42-35. Hyde finished the game with 226 yards on 27 carries and the go-ahead touchdown.
The Wolverines weren't finished. Devin Gardner led Michigan on an 11-play, 84-yard drive capped with a touchdown pass to Devin Funchess.
Tyvis Powell intercepts the 2-point coversion attempt to seal a 42-41 win for the Buckeyes.
