Twins reinstate pitchers May, Milone

Minnesota Twins relief pitcher Trevor May and starter Tommy Milone have returned after a lengthy stint on the disabled list.

The Minnesota Twins reinstated right-handed reliever Trevor May and left-handed starter Tommy Milone from the 15-day disabled list on Friday.

Milone has missed 24 games with tendinitis in his left arm, while May has been sidelined for the last 29 games with a lower back strain.

May is 2-2 with a 4.89 ERA for the Twins this season through 42 1/3 innings pitched, while Milone has logged 12 starts and appeared in 15 games, going 3-4 with a 5.68 ERA through 65 innings pitched.
