Lynx announce 2017 schedule


The Minnesota Lynx will kick off the 2017 WNBA season in their temporary home, hosting the Chicago Sky on Sunday, May 14.

The Lynx are playing their home games next season at the Xcel Energy Center while Target Center undergoes renovations.

Minnesota's regular season concludes with a two-game homestand Sept. 1 and 3 against Chicago and Washington.

The Lynx will meet Los Angeles, their WNBA Finals opponent this past year, three times, including twice at home. Minnesota hosts the Sparks on July 6 and Aug. 11 and plays in Los Angeles on Aug. 27.

Minnesota's longest homestand is three games as is its longest road trip. The Lynx will not play on consecutive days during the 2017 season.
