Make it three: Scheifele’s goal streak continues

The Winnipeg Jets didn't get the result they wanted against the New York Islanders, but Mark Scheifele extended his goal scoring streak to three games.

The Winnipeg Jets lost their first game of the season to the New York Islanders, but 22-year-old forward Mark Scheifele was able to extend his goal scoring streak to three games.

After a scrum off of the offensive zone face off, the puck finds Nikolaj Ehlers stick, who flicks it over to Scheifele for the quick score.

The tally gave the Jets their first goal of the game, but the Jets would fall to the Islanders 4-2.
