The Toronto Maple Leafs have fallen victim to plenty of soft goals against over the years. It seems no matter who is in net, the Leafs always end up allowing a blooper of a goal at least once a year, and Jonathan Bernier has already allowed a goal from center ice this season.

But on Tuesday, the Maple Leafs enjoyed a different view of a soft goal, and this time, it was New Jersey's Cory Schneider who was left red-faced due to a bad bounce. Here's what happened:

That is a goal Schneider would clearly want back, but if there is any team that is sympathetic to his plight, it would be the Maple Leafs. Unfortunately, the goal proved costly for the Devils, as New Jersey lost the very close game in a shootout, 3-2.
