The Recap:

It was a pretty good offensive week for some of the top offensive prospects. Bracco currently has 24 points which have him in the top six in scoring and is top 12 in goals scored with nine in the OHL. Going into the season a lot was expected out of Bracco with a year of junior hockey under his belt and so far he’s answered the call.

Korostelev continues his resurgence this season by adding to his goal total putting him at 12 as he is part of the reason why the Sarnia Sting are in the CHL Top 10.

Dzierkals had three goals in three games, as he is now top 10 in scoring in the QMJHL. With no Tim Meier on the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies anymore, he would have to pick up some of the offensive slack which he has done and as he continues to run with the label of “hidden gem.”

The surprise prospect of the week was Jack Walker as he had in four of his five games, which included a three-point performance against Tri-City Americans. As a result, Walker now has 18 points, which is only two behind Tyler Soy for the team’s scoring lead.
