VAL D'ISERE, France (AP) A women's World Cup downhill training run has been canceled after heavy overnight snowfall.

Organizers say about 40 centimeters (15 inches) of snow fell on the Oreiller-Killy course and that it would take all day to clear.

The downhill race, provisionally switched from Saturday to Sunday, has been replaced by a super-G.

The super-G scheduled for Sunday was moved to Saturday.
