Looks like Washington Redskins' left tackle Trent Williams won't participate in the 2016 Pro Bowl after all, via The Washington Times.

Williams will choose to forego the Pro Bowl. He will be replaced by Branden Albert of the Miami Dolphins.

Williams sat out of the Redskins' final game against the Dallas Cowboys with a knee injury.

Williams started 14 games this season for Washington.

This will be the third time Williams was nominated for the Pro Bowl, but will not play. In the 2015 Pro Bowl, Williams was forced out with an ankle sprain, and in 2013, Williams was injured in a fight at a Honolulu club, where the Pro Bowl took place. Williams did not participate in the fight.

This was Williams' fourth Pro Bowl nomination.
