Tom Brady says Gisele begged him to retire after winning Super Bowl LI

Tom Brady just won his fifth Super Bowl title and is coming off a season in which he received significant MVP consideration, so he's probably not going to retire. However, there are quite a lot of people who would like him to -- including 31 other NFL teams ... and his own wife.

The Patriots quarterback, who will turn 40 later this year, went on SiriusXM NFL Radio on Monday and revealed that his wife, Gisele Bundchen, asked him three times to call it quits following New England's victory in Super Bowl LI:

"If it was up to my wife, she would have me retire today. She told me that last night three times. And I said, 'Too bad, babe, I'm having too much fun right now.' You know, I feel like I can still do it. If you love what you do and you're capable of doing it, then I might be so bored if I wasn't going out there knowing that I could still do it. So I'm going to work hard to be ready to go, and I still plan on playing for a long time."
