Titans agree to terms with tight end Phillip Supernaw

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with tight end Phillip Supernaw and have waived defensive tackle Lucas Vincent.

Supernaw, who is listed as 6-foot-5 and 248 pounds, played two games for the Kansas City Chiefs and six games for the Baltimore Ravens last season. He caught three passes for 30 yards.

Supernaw played one game for the Houston Texans in 2013. He spent portions of the 2012 and 2013 seasons on the Texans' practice squad.

The 25-year-old Supernaw is a former undrafted free agent out of Ouachita Baptist in Austin, Texas.
