The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got some great news with the return of Demar Dotson in Week 10. Apparently, though, he won’t be locked into the starting lineup, according to Scott Smith of Buccaneers.com.
As Smith reports, the team told Dotson that they would stick with Gosder Cherilus at right tackle for now. Dotson said he did understand to some extent, but was disappointed, as you can imagine.
"I want to be out there playing, and that’s what I was kind of preparing myself to come back and do," he told Buccaneers.com. "I was told [it was about] the continuity of the line, you don’t want to take guys out right now and things like that. You can kind of understand that in a way, but it’s still kind of disappointing."

It’ll be interesting to see if/when Dotson gets back into action this season, but you can bet the fans will have their eyes locked in on the situation.
