Seahawks’ Marshawn Lynch tweets he’s ’embarrassed’ to work for NFL after fine
Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch voiced his displeasure on Twitter Thursday after the NFL fined teammate Chris Matthews more than $11,000 for making an obscene gesture during the Seahawks’ come-from-behind win against the Green Bay Packers in Sunday’s NFC championship game.
Never mind the fact that Lynch himself was also fined $20,000 for making an obscene gesture during that same game.
Here’s what Lynch tweeted Thursday afternoon:
I feel embarrassed to work for a particular organization that fined a teammate of mine for shaking my hand after a touchdown

Though it wasn’t because of the handshake that wide receiver Matthews was penalized, USA TODAY Sports’ Tom Pelissero attests:
#Seahawks WR Chris Matthews was fined $11,025 for grabbing his own crotch after the TD — not for shaking Marshawn Lynch's hand.

Pelissero also posted a picture of the purported incident on his Instagram account. What do you think is happening here? Feel free to add your own caption below:
