PITTSBURGH (AP) Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and linebacker Ryan Shazier are among the inactives for Thursday night's game against Baltimore.

Roethlisberger is out indefinitely after spraining his left knee in last week's win over St. Louis. Four-time Pro Bowler Michael Vick will start in place of Roethlisberger. Shazier will miss his second straight game with a shoulder injury and will be replaced by Sean Spence.

The winless Ravens will be without defensive end Chris Canty, tight end Crockett Gillmore and tackle Eugene Monroe.

Baltimore rookie wide receiver Breshad Perriman is inactive for the fourth straight week. Coach John Harbaugh said before the game Perriman underwent minor surgery on his injured right knee and received a stem-cell injection. The first-round pick has yet to play.
