Published Dec. 19, 2010 5:38 p.m. ET

Cowboys receiver Roy Williams is inactive for Dallas' home finale because of a groin injury.

With Williams out for Sunday's game against Washington, Sam Hurd moves into the starting lineup. The Cowboys were already without rookie receiver Dez Bryant, who was put on injured reserve two weeks ago with a broken right ankle.

Marion Barber missed his third straight game for the Cowboys because of a calf injury.

For the Redskins, Donovan McNabb is officially second string. Coach Mike Shanahan has said that McNabb is expected to be the emergency No. 3 quarterback for the final two games of the season.
